Problem installing Labview update 2.0 on Classmate

I am trying to apply the Labview update onto the Classmate's Developers account. I am receiving a 'Error: A file, directory, or other piece of data could not be found. (Error Code -32)' during the install.

Does anyone know what this error relates to?

Is there a log file somewhere that would tell me what is actually missing?

I have used the same update software on two of our programming PC's without an issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi mgurgol,

When you say you're using the same update software, do you mean you use the same downloaded version of the update that you have saved on a USB key or do you mean you've downloaded the same update on each of the PC's and the classmate?

It was on the same USB key for all three PC's.  I copied the directory from the USB and onto the Classmate, and then ran setup.exe.

The same USB key was used for the Driver Station update without issue.

Can you try recopying the directory from the USB key to the classmate? It's possible not everything was copied over.

I copied everything over from the USB and still had the files missing error, so I re-downloaded the zip

file and that worked.  Thank you for your help.
