not able to modify the device address

Would you please confirm whether this is not your device's problem?

PS, As shown in the screenshot, you were using Windows 7?

Version 3.1.1 is officially supported only on these platfoms:

Windows NT (sp6 preferred)
Windows 2000 (sp4 preferred)
Windows XP (sp1 preferred)

Thus we can't guarantee that it would work well. 

Would you please try it on other platforms?

Attached is the screenshot from our customer. Time Distribtion issue come up. Could you please help me to solve the issue?

Hi,

1. I saw that packets are sent from 0x14. Usually our interface card is 0x10. Customers seldom change it. I just wonder if it actually is our LAS here, i.e., please confirm that the customer use our infterface card as LAS.

2. The screenshot is of simple pack view. The other two view (decode and hex) contains more information. Capture in those views would be more informative.
