Clicking header / footer links don't work with ad blocker

I'm using Chrome with the uBlock Origin ad blocker. I've been running this pairing for a long time while using ni.com. I've noticed in the past day or so clicking navigation links in the header and footer no longer work while the ad blocker is enabled. There seems to be some click-tracking javascript running which throws an exception on every link click.

Curiously if I middle click a link to open it in a new tab, that works. I've verified this behaviour on Chrome + Firefox with uBlock Origin.

I can disable the ad blocker and it all works, but I don't like having my actions tracked (especially through third parties) when using ni.com. Domains from companies such as Demdex, Qualtrics, Catchpoint, Dun & Bradstreet, and Sizmek are all blocked when landing on ni.com, and I'd like to keep it that way.

Hi @MichaelBalzer - Thank you! I have sent your findings to the group responsible for the header and footer.

Followup - I heard from the team that we haven't changed anything with headers or footers for quite a while. I wonder if something changed with ublock? Regardless, the team is going to continue to investigate to make sure there's not a deeper issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Navigation looks to be working now. I've noticed there's only one exception thrown in the Chrome console when I click a link, where there were two before. Chrome and ublock versions are unchanged.

Interestingly there's two more sites being blocked on ni.com (from Doubleclick and Demandbase).
