We do not have the ability in our current software configuration to assign "Expert" status to individuals. The referencees to "our experts" are displayed automatically by the software whenever a moderator posts an "insight", even though the person posting has not been assigned any special Expert status. The reason we post insights from time to time is because they are given top billing on the relevant Category page, and therefore are likely to be seen by many of our users. These "insights" have been reserved for very important announcements, such as the one posted this morning.
In the future we plan on having additional user classes so that we can better distinguish our users. Unfortunately we are not able to implement additional classes with our
current software.
