Luckily, up until now I didn't know that either.
As a matter of fact, the only reason I managed to sit through that movie was that I was hoping on the off-chance that the robot will actually manage to destroy that annoying frog (BTW, since when are frogs pigmentless?).

That's the original file I found on the web. The frog is not pigmentless. It as spots, and some physical details that I'll not discuss here, since that could bring me a one(1) star rating...

I hope you don't intend to use a 260 KB gif as your avatar (I'm sure that would make you real popular with Molly's friends).
Although I have to admit that the flowing animation does look quite cool (I still hate that frog).

You touched a sensible point here. Of course I'm trying to decrease the size of the animation, but I would like to understand what's the load on the NI server with big .gif files. Could you comment ?

I never saw it before this movie, but the title "most annoying thing" seems to apply.

I'm not sure about the load, but if anyone who has to watch a page where you replied (and let's face it, there are quite a few of those) also has to download those 260 KB, I would imagine it would create a load on the server and possibly annoy those people because the pictures in the page will take more time to load.

What tool did you use ?
I made my own with LabVIEW (IMAQ vision), except that I still need an avi-to-gif converter. An mpeg-to-avi would be nice also.
