Missing links..

I was looking for examples as part of answering a question, by doing a search.  The search was successful, but the replies within the posts that the search found were pointing to other posts.

For instance, mathan posted a link which is now invalid: http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=319704&query.id=109613

Same thing with Amanda's post here:  http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&view=by_date_ascending&message.id=289508#M289508

I was able to click on all of those links successfully.  Though the first took a bit more time than I would have thought.

I thought the links you had posted were the bad links, but they had all worked for me.

Going to the links pointed to by your links, I agree they weren't working for me either.

Sorry about the confusion.  I thought posting the invalid links would have been confusing 😉

I wanted to show that relatively recent posts had invalid links within them.

I have corrected those links - the threads they pointed to were part of a handful that were moved to the Life Science board - we are trying to establish a life science community and felt that some key threads from the rest of the forum would be beneficial.  I should have updated the back links when I moved the threads.  I will remember that if we ever do this in the future!
