1/ I'm really trying to get things clear : make a difference between questions and replies. See the example provided : the old way, 3 was counted as a reply, while it is a question. This gave misleading results... If you compare the E-List with the previous records, you will find that some users have gone from over 100 replies down to 0.
2/ With the ability to discriminate givers and receivers, the List will be now more fair to a number of contributors to the exchange
3/The apparent complexity due to the column number will be reduced significantly when only three markers will be displayed : reply number, reply rate and ratings. Then you will be able to customize the display and add whatever other column you wish. Hope this will make things easier.

- Do you have an exception table for the follow ups for threads which aren't pure breaks, but which are not questions either (icons threads, list threads, Molly-we-have-a-problem threads)?
As a positive point, I do like that the stars are now with 2 decimal places (is that your calculation?). Did you notice that I'm only 7 stars behind you (although you have much less posts, so your ratio is better

1/ JLV ? using smileys-very-happy ? You make me LOL...
2&3&4/ The difference is probably due to the fact that I don't have access to all the records. Some are reserved to "power" users. If you explore the forum, you will find users with more than 50 replies, of which none is visible. I'll give you some examples later. No way to know what's happening behind the curtain ;).
Anyway, the "official" data will also be included in E-List.
Other possibilities are : deleted records (don't know what happens when you ask the moderator to suppress a given message), damaged records (I found at least one... a real pain since it spoils the whole info retrieval procedure: 270 replies, only 59 accessible. Had to find a workaround...).
5/ we don't have a yearly activity because we were not here one year ago. Surprized ? Well you should have been even more surprized by your average rate. How did you go from 3.x to 8 ? The answer is simple : the first 20 replies are not taken into account, just to remove the lag phase (or adaptation period) before people reach a "steady state" (understand how the forum works, learn by doing a few mistakes and so on...).
This has been very advantageous for you, but also for others who sometimes spent years between their first questions and the start of their replying period. Have a look to Christian subscription date and first contribution.
6/ yes, there are 2 exception tables. That's something I already discussed in the past, but I'll give more detaial soon. I'm trying to simplify the process. Greg 21 breaks result from this situation, but this will change in the final release.
Other questions around ? Don't hesitate to criticize my proposals : The List is not my List, it's ours, and more than half of the modifications here are the result of somebody suggestion. Like the exception tables. Or the fastest run. Or the star number...
So, up to your keyboards. You will not be allowed to make any complain after the "official release" (or you may loose a lot of stars...) 😉
