top taggers list is flawed

There are many changes going on... most of them are for the good, but once in a while something seems to have gone wrong: right now, the top taggers list is flawed, it simply represents the list of top kudoed authors, and it does not show any tags..., see below. Nothing to worry about, just a hint to include it in the list of due fixes

You're right.  I'm looking at the list of top taggers on the LabVIEW forum.  It lists me in 4th place.  I know that can't be right because I've never done tagging.  It does match the list of top Kudoed authors.
