HI Bo,

I don't have time to look your diagrams right now but I should mention that the Brooks MFC's can be ordered to run under mA, Volt, or serial (HART Protocol).

Check the documentation and make sure it configured they way you want it to work.

Just to note:
The default interface is serial communication. to get the Brooks to look at the analog signals, you have to use their configuration software and tell the MFC to look at the analog control. I spent a long time finding that one out
