I have now had three failures of a Dual Channel 5V Analog Input Module. In each case the actual input voltage has been 0.5 volts but the output value from the Dual channel Module is 2.5xx some 'flicker' in the last two digits. Increasing the input voltage does not have an effect - the output value stays 'stuck' on about 2.5xx Both channels exhibit this failure. The problem clears on its own after several hours. It does not necessarily clear if power off and back on - even waiting up to an hour - then its OK again. All the other dual channel modules work OK - DI, DO, RTD, and AO modules. I have replaced the backplane once already.
I am using NI FieldPoint Explorer Version 3.0 for diagnosis and testing
Please advise likely problems and solutions
