Yes, I have read the it but it only supplies one output. How do I split and as well control the voltages for each individual LEDs. Do i need to buy a new equipment to convert the output? I've already have a program that is created to control the 24 LEDs individually.

OTY,
Though the diagram shows just one output, the rest 15 are the same. You will connect to their respective terminals given on Table 1.
By the way, DO-403 has only 16 outputs, and not 24 as you mention.

Well, I got another unit as well with 8 outputs, which makes 24 outputs total. Unfortunately, I still do not get it. More specifically, where do I connect the output to? I'm sure I can't just connect the wires individually straight from the 37-pin. I'm also assuming that I'll be able to excess the terminals using the Labview's software.

Hello,
With compact FieldPoint, you will need to use a Connector Block for each I/O Module. For each DO-403 you have, you will need a cFP-CB-1 to access your signals.
You will have access to each DO Line from LabVIEW.
I hope this helps.
