Trying to make FP-PG-522 generate a 100Hz square wave

I'm trying to create a VI in LabVIEW 7 that will make the FP-PG-522 connected through a FP-2000 ethernet module generate a 100 Hz (variable by the user) square wave signal. The hardware seems to be operating properly; I can communicate with all the FP modules. I'm monitoring the output between terminals 1 and 2 on the FP-PG-522 with an oscilloscope and I have a 12VDC power supply connected between V and C terminals. I believe I must be doing something wrong in my VI. My VI is attached below.

I do not have LV7 loaded yet.

Note: follow the directions exactly! The attributes all have to be set correctly for everything to work. I also seem toremeber there where some hardware jumpres involved(?).
