Why won't MAX detect dual-modules on a FP-TB-10 Module

I have two dual-modules, a FP-AI-V10 and a FP-AO-C420 mounted on a FP-TB-10 Base.  When I attempt to find devices in MAX it returns without identifing the modules in channels 0 and 2; it lists them as discreet inputs.  If I attempt to manually add them and click apply in MAX, MAX rejects the inputs a declares the modules are not present.  I have swapped FP-TB-10 Modules with a replacement, and I have replaced the FP-1000 communications module,  I have not replaced the Dual-modules, yet.  Any suggestions?

Hello SoftwareEngr,

I connected a TB-10 with a couple of dual-modules.  I have included a screenshot of what it looks like in MAX.  Also, double-check what you have snapped the dual-modules into place. Apparently there have been problems with completely seeding these modules. If you still are having problems check the firmware as mentioned in the linked KB. If all of these fail it may be a problem with the modules themselves.
