I have an FP2000 with a FP-TB-10 base containing 3 modules: two analog outputs and one analog input. At random intervals, but approximately once per day, I get Error code 33440 (module is unconfigured) when I try to read the status of one of the analog outputs. This error goes away after a few seconds, but the outputs are all set to zero at that point, which is a big disaster for me. It appears to me that somehow the module is being disconnected and reconnected, but I have checked to make sure it is seated properly, and everything seems tight. Furthermore, shouldn't the module come back to the same output even if it was temporarily disconnected? The modules are claimed to be hot-swappable, but if they all go to zero value when swapped,
that is still a problem since the computer that can set the outputs is a long ways away. Shouldn't the FP-TB-10 base remember the output value and set a new module to those values?
I am only having a problem with one of the modules. I am going to try exchanging it with a different one, then trying a different position on the base. Are there any other suggestions?
