chromatography

I'm a graduate student attempting to build a VI that can measure a chromatography signal while performing automation functions with Fieldpoint modules (such as switching solenoid valves and turning on cooling fans).  I also have Will Stein's chromatography toolkit, but am not sure how to integrate it with my application.  Has anyone ever done anything like this?

Could you post a link to more information on the toolkit or describe it in a post and describe what issues you are specifically running into when trying to integrate it with your application?
