different output of FP-DO-401

is it possible to set different voltage output on the same FP-DO-410?. If yes what are the possibilities? only 5, 12 and 24V or everything between 5 and 24 volts. for example 6.5 volt?
thanks for any help.

The FP-DO-410 output voltage is determined by the external power supply wired to the V(Vsup) and C (Com) terminals of the IO module. The power supply can be any value listed between the upper limits and lower limits listed in the product specifications (5 - 30 VDC if I recall correctly). All channels will have the same output voltage.

Can't I connect 5V to pin 17 (Vsup for Channel 0) and 12V to pin 19 for Channel 1?
When I look at the user manual this seems possible but I haven't tested it yet because I don't want to buy the hardware while I'm not sure that it will work this way.
The other possibility would be to use a FP-AO-210.

Hi Yves,

As already mentioned by Aaron, all channels will output the same voltage on the FP-DO-410. It is not possible to choose different output voltages for different channels. All Vsup and V terminals are internally connected together. The same thing with all COM terminals.
The FP-AO-210 can output different voltages in a range of 0-10 VDC (up to 10mA/ch).

An easy way to check if Fielpoint is a good option for your application is to call your local NI Sales representative. For Switzerland: 056 200 51 51. They can help you in your decision.
