Rif.: fieldpont

Hello,

I have a Classic fieldpoint FP-1000 and FP - AI- 110. I installed fieldpoint software "fieldpoint 2.0" on my computer but in fieldpoint explorer no modules were found (in comm resourse configuration).

FP-1000 is well connected to my computer.

Further, when power is applied, only POWER LEDs stay lit on FP-1000 and FP - AI- 110.

The ACCESS and STATUS LEDs on FP-1000 don't flash once, and the READY LED is off on  FP - AI- 110.

What does it means? Is my fieldpoint broken?
