installing os on fp2000

Iam using fp-2000 eathernet network module.My problem is when iam upgrading os on my fp-2000 i found one error that is "Error:The OS was not successfully upgrade. This could be caused by a communications error or by a failure writing to the target's boot ROM. If this problem persists, contact technical support.
Software update aborted.".after this error exsist iam not able configure my fp module.i thoght that the os on fp2000 crashed.if i configure the fp2000 through max the fp rebooted and ip,subnetmask ,gateway ,and dns server resets to 0.0.0.0.please tell me is the os on fp 2000 crashed ,if it crashed how can i reinstall os fp2000.please
help me .i am waiting for your reply .

Hello Niri. Thank you for contacting National Instruments. You might have corrupted firmware. Take a look at this KnowledgeBase. It isn't the same problem, but the solution should fix your issue. If it doesn't, remove the firmware again and boot up in safe mode before you install the software again. What revision of FP-2000 do you have? Please let me know if you have any questions.
