Dear Enthusiast:

The Fieldpoint FP-TC-120 has only 8channel.
But I can see the 9th Channel on the Fieldpoint explorer.
Is that Channel CJC temperature Value?
What's this channel? What's purpose of this Channel?
please advise.

The 9th channel is the CJC sensor. The purpose of the channel is to allow you to read the CJ temperature of the base. In FieldPoint Explorer, this channel has an attribute of 0 C, 25 C, or Internal. This allows you to choose whether thermocouples are linearized as if they were at 0 C, 25 C or the current reading from the CJ channel. Only channels that are configured for thermocouple readings are linearized. If a channel is configured for voltage measurements the CJ value is ignored.
