I did a google search for this sensor, and it looks like it takes about 8 mA to driver. This is not a lot of current and should be very easy to supply. However, FieldPoint modules themselves are not capable of driving this, because they do not supply power. The reason is that they are isolated. If they were to supply power, then they would lose their isolation. However, if you would like, you would probably use the same power supply that is powering the FieldPoint back to power the flow sensor, although this will remove isolation from the FieldPoint controller and the FieldPoint module.
