problem with dual channel and max

I have a FP sistem based in 1 FP1000 (Rs232withPC 6 485 with other FP) & 3 FP1001,with a dual channel 6FPTB10terminal base.The system doesn't know all installed module. I have resolving this with a manual configuration.
Now the problem is which one module does not work correctly, is a discret output but MAX want this as Discret input.
I have tried to exchange the forms among them.
This dual channel works correctly in other base.

I have resolved exchanging the TB10-base among them.The base with the problem, works well in another bench.
Incredible, it's a miracle?
