How to get signals from Lecroy WS452?

Now, I'm using Lecroy WS452.
I want to get signals from this W, but Lecroy korea supporter said that he don't know about labview......Smiley Mad

Anyone can use Lecroy WS series?(windows OS base scopes)
I don't know how to register this instrument to Labview  MAX and call this INSTR to my Labview programs.
Distributed examples from Lecroy company dont contains some important files(ex: open.vi close.vi etc.), so I cant use these examples.
(And I got no response from Lecroy......Smiley Indifferentsigh)

If any one have some examples, please send to me.

LeCroy has a LabVIEW driver for the WaveSurfer 452 on their site.

How are you connected to the instrument?  GPIB?  Serial?

Let me know if you have any questions about using the driver.

Hope this helps,

Thank you for your reply!

What I mean..... I installed LabVIEW 'in' WS452, so it not needed any connection. (just like DAQ board)
I tried TCP/IP connection to ip::127.0.0.1, and Scope Explorer can detect ws452 well.

But, MAX (LabVIEW) cant detect this instrument (it can be shown in the system tree of control pannel of windows installed on WS452).
I cant understand why LabVIEW doesnt detect itself and Lecroy examples, too.

How is the device detected by Windows?  Is it only over TCP/IP?  If so, MAX will not automatically detect it.

If the device meets the VXI-11 LAN spec, then you can use the directions in this KB to connect to it in MAX.

Hope this helps,
