PXI-5620 Configure Vertical Range as no effect.

I am using a NI PXI-1002 main frame with a NI-5620 digitizer board. I have the latest NI-Scope software.
I configure my board to acquire at 64 MSmpl/sec with digital trigerring. My input is a +/- 100 mv sinusoidal signal. I use the "fetch binary 16" sub vi.
When I change my Vertical Range the binary value coming out the sub vi stay unchanged.
I did the test with a NI-5112 and the binary value is adjusted with the Selected Vertical Range.
Why the Vertical Range selection does not affect the binary level with a NI-5620 ????

The binary values for the NI 5620 data do not change because there is only one input range used on the NI 5620 (+/- 1V for a vertical range input of 2.0).
The NI 5620 has no programmable gain or attenuation that can be applied, which is different from the NI 5112. The NI 5112 has several input ranges with the use of onboard programmable gain.
