Kunbus DF PROFINET IO PCI - Error 12

Hi,

I have a problem Kunbus DF PROFINET IO PCI.

Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve the problem with the driver.

I switched off all possible devices in BIOS (COM LPT AUDIO LAN), 

I removed all others expansion card (NI DSA, X, X-NET)

Still, all I get from windows device manager is the saddest picture like below... 

I've checked two cards, two installation discs, different PCI socket always the same result.

NI MAX doesn't see card also...

Any clues? 

I will be grateful for any help...

NI doesn't resell the PCi version of Kunbus's Profinet board. I assume there are some specific drivers you need to get the board work with the NI software stack. Please check with the Kunbus support team for help. (support@kunbus.de)

I've already asked them (a few days ago) but Kunbus support is as silent as the grave...

I talked to the Kunbus team and they said they are working on it and have email contact with you?

Yes, they had contact with me.

We managed to find a possible solution.

We are going to swap card PCI to PCIe.

PCI fails because of compatibility issue (Motherboard AIMB-785 from Advantech)

Now I'm waiting for a new card. I will let you know about the outcome...

we have several test stands that uses the PCIe profinet card, and have trouble configuring them.
