Anyone using a Labview solution to perform SDLC communications?

Need to take data from a variety of test equipment that are putting out a simplified form of the IBM Synchronous Data Link Control (SDLC) message structure. The device will basically be in "broadcast" mode with address and control data absent from the message structure. Data rate is low (at 400Hz), but clock bit rate is high and will need to be programmable (1.0152 MHz). Any help or suggestions for using 3rd party hardware such as FastCom, SeaLevel with Labview, or even better, a NI hardware solution would be greatly appreciated.

Pethel;

I'm not familiar with that protocol in particular, but if the data signal is TTL type, you can probably use the PCI-6534 board; which can go up to 80M Bytes/sec; and program in Software the details of the protocol.

Visit www.ni.com to get more details about that board.
Hope this helps.
