Are there serial drivers for Tektronix oscilliscopes?

I have a GPIB driver for my Tektronix oscilliscope, but I don't have GPIB and don't want to buy one. Does anyone know how I can make this work with serial?

You can check at http://zone.ni.com/idnet for an instrument driver. If there is one available for serial or VISA, you should be able to use it. If one is not available I might recommend contacting the instrument's vendor to see if they have any developed code or examples for using the instrument.
