I am trying to communicate with CTI-cryogenics water pump through their on-board module. I wonder where I could get the LabVIEW driver for it. I know the communication is through RS-232. Thanks.
NI does not have one and unless you get lucky and a forum member has one, you will probably have to write it yourself. There is help on how to write your own driver in the Instrument Driver Network.
