You must provide 5V to the TNT4882 VCC pins. 5V is used for the core
voltage as well as the IO voltage. If you only supply 3.3V I believe
the TNT4882 will stay in reset as it has a built-in voltage monitor.
Have you considered the TNT5002? It is a software compatible with the TNT4882. It uses 3.3V for core and IO voltage.
Each device has a datasheet with detailed timing diagrams. These should
give enough information to interface it to your PXA. You can also
post/email your schematic if you have any questions/concerns.
