Can't communicate to GPIB-232CT-A since ATN led came on?

I am using different types of HP and Agilent test equipment, and i was moving the gpib cables from one testset to the other and the ATN light came on. Ever since it came on I can't talk to the gpib anymore. It will not respond. Even if I reset power the ATN light is always on. Does anyone know how to get the ATN light to go out so I can talk to the GPIB again? Thanks for any help.

Hello,
This is not enough information in your post to understand what the configuration of your setup is. Are you using the GPIB-232CT-A in G mode or S mode? Is the GPIB-232CT-A a system controller or talker/listener? Here is manual.
