DWarn: Execution systems not responding to reset being turned on VISA-USB RAW Magnetic Card Reader

hello!!! I have a magnetic card reader from IDTech Co. with MAX I have the USB driver and Install all fine, actually all works, the driver and the program in labview are in the correct place and works, the program in labview works with the event-handle, and this works!!! the card reader read the magnetics cards and I obtain the information of it, the problem pop-up when the device don't read and the program blocks any comunication, and then I have to unplugged the device and close all Labview, when I start again the labview software a message of warnig apear "DWarn: Execution systems not responding to reset being turned on, ExecSystem.cpp". I don't know why the problem or what is, so thanks for your information about that. I attached the generate labview-log from my problem.

A DWarn in LabVIEW is a occurs whenever the system throws a warning about an exception that ocurred the last time that you were using LabVIEW. This kind of warnings will commonly occure whenever an LabVIEW experiences an unexpected event that it cannot handle approapriately. The issue could be as trivial as terminating LabVIEW abruptly the last time you were using it, or not exiting LabVIEW without allowing to save your files in memory. Many times also occur when Windows try to restart and it force LabVIEW to close, or if they are any updates on a software or your antivirus, and try to restart the computer.
