Amber is actually the correct color to indicate USB High-Speed operation. Green means it is connected to a USB Full-Speed port. So in this case, amber is better.

Is there an effort to create a NI488.2 driver that uses a 64-bit kernal? This is the default kernal for new intel Macs.
