i have buy one unit GP-IB(LPCI)FL card had install on my CPU when i want to communications with my ATE machine appear error mesenges said :

                                               GP-IB : -6

xxx <--- i forget what his mesenges :254

anything i can do for this ???????????

That's not an NI GPIB board. Why are you posting here? Contact the vendor and don't forget the actual error messages.
