I can't help with specifics but the manufacturer should be able to provide a programming manual. I did find their web site but couldn't find a link to anything on-line. Most serial instruments, I've found, do not comply with 488.2 so I wouldn't expect the *IDN? command to work. Even if it did, you would still need the manual to do any programatic control of it.
