GPIB-USB-HS+ sanitization procedure

I have searched for an answer for this and cannot find anything. Does the GPIB-USB-HS+ adapter have memory that would require a sanitization procedure. I need this information for a hardware baseline on a classified test stand.

Might be easier if you were to list the manufacturer and their device information.  Also, we have seen a number of counterfeit NI ones listed in this community that do not work properly and have the wrong P/N's or S/N's.
