GPIB-USB driver for Red Hat Linux 5.2

I have a Linux machine running RedHat 5.2 that I would like to use with a NI GPIB-USB-HS.  I found a Linux driver on the NI website -- "NI-488.2 2.5 - RedHat - Beta 64 Bit".  The documentation says this driver supports 64-Bit RedHat Linux 5.0 and 5.1.  Will this work for 5.2?  If not, is there a new version of this driver that support RH 5.2 I should be using instead?

Hello,

Supported means that the driver has been fully tested on certain operating systems.  In this case, the unsupported operating systems are because we have not performed this testing.  My advice would be to try it on a test system so you can see if there are any issues with installation or execution of your GPIB applications.

I hope this helps!
