How can I use Agilent GPIB-USB with LabView?

I use LabView 6.1 and have already installed NI's PCMCIA-GPIB. I have also installed Agilent's GPIB-USB and have configured it with Agilent I/O config and I can see both of my GPIB interfaces in this. But I can not see this module in NI's Meas&Auto.
I tried to activate NiVisaTulip.dll but it did not helped. I use Windows XP

The NI-MAX software may not show Agilent GPIBs but it is not a big deal unless you are trying to do something on the MAX. If your Agilent GPIB does not communicate with any instruments through NI-VISA, read the following.

Check the file version stamp of VISA32.DLL that is located on System32 directory. It may be of Agilent version. If so try delete it (or rename it) and then reinstall NI-VISA (2.5+) again. Then VISA32.DLL will be replaced with NI version so that NI-VISA works with your Agilent GPIB through the Tulip passport.

NI-VISA 2.5+ has added support for HP-VISA (SICL) through an abstraction layer called TULIP. Uninstall HP-VISA if it is present on your system and then install HP-SICL (but not HP-VISA). Then install NI-VISA 2.5, reboot, and go to Measurement & Automation Explorer >> Tools >> NI-VISA >> Passport Editor. You will see seven entries there. One will be "NiVisaTulip.dll", which by default will be unselected. Select it and then hit "OK". A message will come up telling you that you have changed one or more passports and that you must refresh the Measurement & Automation Explorer. After the refresh you should be able to successfully use NI-VISA, and your HPIB board without problems.

I have installed the MAX that comes with NI-488.2 v2.0. But I am not able to change the NI-VISA to "NiVisaTulip.dll" due to there is no NI-VISA option under Tools menu. Which version of MAX should I install?
