We have developed a testing software around NI's 32bit PCI GPIB card and VC++ & Win 98. Now, our requirement is to run the same test software on different PC/AT with NI's 16 bit AT-GPIB card.

In response to our earlier e_ma
il, , regarding above mentioned problem, it was suggested to download the dll files from the web.

We have downloaded the 1) GPIB-32.DLL & 2) GPIB-16.DLL files, but the test program developed around 32 Bit PCI-GPIB could not be run on 16 Bit ISA AT-GPIB board platform and our problem is yet to be solved.

Kindly help us in guiding the correct procedure to tackle the problem, so that the same test software can be transported on both independent platforms (both GPIB boards installed in different PC/ATs) , so that we can run our 32bit PCI GPIB based program on 16bit AT-GPIB card also, if there is any other utility, we would like to download, if required.

Kind help for solution is requested.You mean your old AT-bus PC is running Win3.1? And trying to run
your existing Win32 GPIB app there? If the old PC is also running
Win9x or NT, your GPIB app basically runs with both PCI-GPIB and
AT-GPIB without modification.
