I have to use DDE with excel, but I can't open it within LV, why?

I send data to excel to obtain better curves,and then to WinWord to obtain report. The old version can work with excel 6, and now I use excel 9 in office 2000,but every time it get a err 14013, can not open excel, how can i solve this
