Instrument Scanning Failure (GPIB-PCI)

I am having trouble in the third step of the getting started wizards, that is, while scanning the instrument.

I already passed the first two steps, the initial configuration and the verification steps.

The message is something about to turn the intrument on and to connect them by a GPIB cable, which was off course I did.

The O/S is Windows NT 4, while the instrument is a servopulser-hydraulics of a universal testing machine.

GPIB Card type: PCI

I attached the captured NI-Spy here.

Any suggestions?

Hi, this is Yuki Ohira from National Instruments Japan (NIJ).  I took a look at the NI-Spy file you attached.  I believe I emailed you regarding this issue today.  However, I'll leave this thread open, so it is available to anyone who may want to leave comments or who is experiencing the similar issues.
