Keithely 2636B labview driver not supported?

Hi I'm Lee.

Recent I am trying to make simple IV measurement program using Labview 2016.

But I couldn't find any Labview drivers for K2623B or K26xx on Ni and Keithley web page.

Someone help me to solve this problem.

I have experienced the K24xx labview.  but I heard that it is totally different the labview in K26xx.

Please anyone attaching the example vi. (apply voltage, read current on channel A and B etc.)

Thanks.

The Keithley 2636B has a Keithley 2400 mode that allows for SCPI programming.

The 2636B uses the 26xx LabVIEW driver that is available from the Tektronix (owners or Keithley) web page - https://www.tek.com/source-measure-units/2635-software/keithley-series-2600-2600a-2600b-native-labvi...

You need to create an account to download it.  I use and its fully functional.  That said, it could use some more advanced exxamples.

As for using the 24xx driver with a 26xx SMU.  It does work, there's an emulation mode you can set the 26xx into to accept the 24xx SCPI commands. If you have a whole pile of 24xx code already written then its a valid option.

But, the emulation mode doesn't offer support for the newer features of the 26xx including the possibility that your 26xx has 2 SMUs.  There's no way to setup or use the second SMU with 24xx SCPI commands.
