MT3292B-CVC control instrument and data acquisition

Im working on a datat collection project through various devices (multimetr MTX3292, CVC3000 regulateur , VS ..) and im a beginner with LabVIEW, I have consulted some documents to interface the devices, I want to know I can recover the data from the labvIEW and take the controller if neccessary, and is the VISA neccesry to make the communication (RS232, USB), and if everothers more detailed documentation on this kind thank you for sharing with me , so that i can follow step by step

You need to learn a bunch more on the LabVIEW side to implement the instrument control and data logging.
