How will my PC with Matlab 7.1 Instrument Toolbox communicates with Tektronix-TDS 3014B using National Instrument (NI) GPIB-USB-HS

Hi,

I'm not sure what question you are asking.  You can directly access the device using the GPIB command in Instrument Control, or via a VISA driver using the VISA command.  The toolbox ships with a driver for Tek scopes that will most likely work with your device, and allow you to use properties and methods, rather than SCPI style commands.
