My GPIB-USB-HS does not show up in CVI or Measurement &Automation explorer

I have installed the driver and even went online and updated the driver.  My GPIB-USB-HS does not apear on my Measurement & Automation explorer.  What can I do?

Edit: I also get an error message now stating that RpcMgmtSetComTimeout is not in nirpc.dll

Is it possible for you to post a MAX system report?  You can create this report in MAX by going to Help >> System Information, and clicking on the "Report..." button at the bottom of the window that opens up.  Take note of where the nireport.txt is getting saved to, so that you can post it here.  This should give us all the information about your drivers that we could hope for.

Also, even though the GPIB-USB-HS does not show up in MAX, does it show up in Windows Device Manager?  Does it appear to be installed correctly, or is there a yellow exclamation mark on it?  Or does it not show up at all?

Found that I had an old nirpc.dll in my system folder.  Replaced it and it now works fine.
