Hello,

I'm trying to use a Keysight 82357B (USB-GPIB converter) with NI MAX. With older version of NI MAX this worked proprerly. Now I'm using NI MAX 19.0 and it doesn't work.

The problem is that even if Tulip dll is installed I can't find it in NI max. Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Hi Nicola,

Previously some other users experienced similar issues, you could try to:

1) Uninstall everything NI related (LabVIEW and the drivers)

2) Disconnect your device from the computer

3) Install LabVIEW (as Admin)

4) Install VISA driver and NI 488.2 (as Admin)

5) Reconnect the device to your computer

Also consider setting Keysight Visa as a Secondary Visa installation.
