Dear Sir/Mdm,
I'd just reformat my company laptop than install the NI software. When the installation complete, I plug in the PCMCIA-GPIB card into the slot. It able to be detected but it show problem(as show in attach file)
I'd re-try to install the software(ver. 4.6.2f1) several time and even install the software of lower version(ver. 4.5). The problem still remain.
I even try to change to other PCMCIA-GPIB card but the problem still remain.
Hope you could advise the root cause of it.
Thanks,

Thanks,
When you "reformat" your computer you are wiping out your computer's hard drive.
Perhaps you meant you re-installed Windows. If so, with many computers, after re-installing Windows, you need to install other base drivers. I know this is true for Dell. One of these base drivers is the PCMCIA driver.

Dear Sir/Mdm,
Yes, it meant that I'd re-install my window for my company laptop(Dell E6400).
If I need to install other base driver and for Dell, one of the base driver is PCMCIA driver. Wasn't it been install during the installation process when I install the NI software which start to puzzle me. I even try update the driver with NI installation CD. The result is show in the attach file.
I even try using GPIB-USB-HS device instead of PCMCIA card, the problem still occur. I thought USB is a plug and play device which don't need to install any driver.
Hope to clarify my doubt.

Dear Sir/Mdm,
Thank for the support.
But currently I can't determine the problem was it lay at the base driver. Therefore, I currently seek for our IT to support on this case.
If the problem can't be solve internally, than I might feedback again.
Thank,
