PCMCIA-GPIB+ is not compatible with XP Home?

We are currently suffering XP Home can not recognize PCMCIA-GPIB+ card. There is no issue for installing the NI-488.2 v1.7 since it's the only driver available for XP on the website. Also the hardware controller always end up with error code (10).

Hi,

Often times when customers have trouble with their card, it is related to the bios. Consider checking for a bios upgrade at your laptop supplier's website.

Also, do other cards function properly? If the pcmcia controller is not functioning, you will need to examine its drivers and/or consider the possibility that it is broken.
