Problem while configuring NAT 7210 as active controller

Hi,

     I am developing a board with 7210 and microcontroller.

I configured the 7210 as an active controller and got CIC bit set and ATN and IFC asserted.

But i am unable to get CO bit set. When will be CO bit set actually?

I also have the doubt about DAV* pin. I am writing data to CDOR and cud see the same on the output DIO pins. But still the DAV* pin low. When the handshaking actually takes place??

Please help me.. It is very urgent .. I have to submit the project within 3 days..
