Problem with Serial Transmission to MCB2300 (3-20 Errors every 100 transmitted Values)

Hello,

I try to trasnmit a Sawtooth to a MCB2300 via Serial (UART). Every sawtooth has 100 values and after transmission 3-20 values on the MCB2300 are allways wrong.

I work with 9600bps, and the samplerate of the Sawtooth is 25hz.

The attached example Files are for LabVIEW 8.6

It seems I did something wrong with the semaphores in the MCB2300 VI.

If I leave them out, I get allways just 4-5 Errors.

One more Version with Semaphores.

Now I have "just 2-3 Errors, but still no 100% working version.
