After using NI Serial diagnostic tool the test is PASS, but when we go in the 'NI ports', configuration environment, General ports setting, the serial number shown is 0, and it seems that this don't allow our software to address an external device.
Another information is that remove an existing card to install this one, we did the same also for the software, removed and after installed again.
