Sefelec MPC47P driver

I am looking for Sefelec Dielectricmeter MPC 47P driver for  Labview.

does someone know where I can find it please? or is it diffcult to create this driver with labview utility ?

The amount of difficulty depends on the number of commands in the instrument manual and the method of communication (i.e. GPIB, serial, etc.). Do you have a manual that you can attach?
